    Job Title: Finance Regulatory Controller Director (AVP)

    The Regulatory Controller team in Glasgow is responsible for overseeing regulatory capital processes across market risk, credit risk, own funds, and leverage.

    • Interact with Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operations, Regulatory Policy, Legal Entity Controllers, Treasury, and Business Unit.

    This diverse interaction offers an excellent opportunity to learn about various businesses and products within the firm.

    Regulatory Controllers have a presence in Glasgow, Frankfurt, Budapest, New York, London, and Mumbai.

    Joining the Regulatory Controller organization in Glasgow, you will assist in ensuring compliance with existing processes, developing new regulatory requirements, handling management reporting, and supporting external regulatory reporting.

    • Understand key Regulatory requirements impacting calculation, reporting, and disclosure.

    Manage time-sensitive internal and external reports, work with colleagues in Regulatory EMEA operating model and other key stakeholders.

    Lead the reporting cycle process, resolve open items, and supervise team members' deliverables.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders for data consistency.
    • Provide training, task allocations, and prioritization.

    Requirements: Work experience in financial services or relevant fields, awareness of Financial Markets/products and Regulatory environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) and data mining skills.
