    Job Description Growing US law firm has created a new Conflicts Attorney / Conflicts Lawyer role in their London office.

    This firm is one of the outstanding firms in London who are looking for the strongest of talent to be their first Conflicts Attorney / Conflicts Lawyer in the London office and will compensate accordingly.

    The new Conflicts Attorney / Conflicts Lawyer will assist the Chief Conflicts and Compliance Officer and the Senior European Risk & Compliance Counsel with all aspects of conflicts searching and new business intake and will be a member of the team responsible for clearing conflicts for lateral lawyer and staff candidates.

    Utilizing corporate databases to research corporate ownership structures.
    Assisting partners of the firm with the analysis and resolution of potential conflicts issues.

    2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a conflicts department of a New York based law firm.

    ~ Experience with analysing conflicts of interest and the law of conflicts of interest.
    ~ Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, concisely, and diplomatically both verbally and in writing and articulate legal relationships and the nature of representations.
