- Handling daily and weekly banking transactions and cash management
- Keeping both the Front of House and Guest Relations teams informed of relevant guest feedback and department updates
- Creating staff schedules and addressing any personnel issues
- Supervising the daily tasks and duties of receptionists
- Maximizing room occupancy and utilizing upselling techniques to showcase hotel services and facilities
- Adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws
- Supporting other areas of the hotel when required
- Prior experience in hotel reception is preferred
