Development and maintenance of Oracle Cloud HCM through BAU and small change
projects.
Subject Matter Expert of the functionality within Oracle Cloud HCM including Core HR,
Talent & Performance Management, Learning, Recruitment, Resource Management, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labour, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loaders, and Basic SQL
Supporting and advising the HR teams on options, risks, and any impacts on other
Gathering business requirements and mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
Experience of working within an Agile team.
Working with the implementation partner and team colleagues to understand where requirements cannot be met and agreeing an approach for resolution.
Ensuring test scenarios cover the breadth and depth of Oracle Cloud HCM.Experience of Agile methodologies and working within the ITIL framework with experience of raising Service Requests via My Oracle Support.
Proactively providing support, guidance, training, and advice on best practice to the business and to team colleagues.Demonstrable experience producing, writing, and delivering technical specifications.
