    Description

    If you are self-motivated and a good communicator who loves making customers feel great about the service they've received, then Account Manager is the role for you.

    Navitas Safety are rapidly growing and already count some of the world's best-known brands as clients (world domination is our aim *raises pinky finger*).

    We need you to support our ongoing growth

    We're looking for an experienced Account Manager with a solid understanding of customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills.

    Your mission would be to manage our expansive list of client accounts and ensure they are happy with us. You will work alongside other account managers, part of our lovely Marketing team. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with our clients
    Focus on client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional client service
    Must be able to uncover revenue opportunities and up-sell services to existing clients
    Forecast and track key account metrics
    Monitor and analyse customer's usage of all our products and services
    You'll be passionate about customer service and have experience in account management and/or customer services. We'd like someone who has a growth mindset and always goes the extra mile to help Navitas Safety grow. Proven account management/customer services experience
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
    Previous experience with a subscription-based product/service
    Knowledge of Google Apps and help desk support software advantageous
    The position is mostly remote, with monthly (or more regularly if you prefer) team meet ups in the office
    Bank holidays added to annual leave allowance so you can be flexible Get your birthday off on top of your annual leave too
