    About the Job Title and Company: As our Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be a key player in supporting sales processes and promoting our hearing care products to audiologists, dispensers, and other professionals in the hearing healthcare industry.

    The Team You'll Join: Located in Bicester, Talisman, UK, you'll be part of our supportive, inclusive, and fun Inside Sales UK team.

    You'll report to Michelle Dickinson, Head of Sales Operations and Inside Sales North Europe.

    Your main role involves supporting sales activities within assigned accounts, nurturing existing customers, identifying new leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    Here's what your valued contributions and responsibilities will include:

    Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction:

    • Meet revenue targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis
    • Implement sales processes to enhance customer relationships
    • Support growth, resolve issues, and improve profitability
    • Collaborate with Customer Service to address customer needs
    • Achieve target NPS scores

    Sales Delivery:

    • Efficiently coordinate with sales and training teams
    • Collaborate across departments for weekly and monthly sales activities
    • Monitor customer performance and update business plans
    • Share industry insights with the team
    • Attend industry events as required
    • Maintain up-to-date customer information in SFDC

    Requirements for Success in the Role:

    • Educational background in management, marketing, or related fields
    • Experience in B2C/B2B sales, preferably in Medical Devices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
    • Quick learner with strong analytical skills
    • Organized and efficient in customer follow-up
    • Fluent in English, Dutch or French is a plus
