    Description

    Realise are recruiting for a TeachingAssistant Trainer across the West Yorkshire area. Y our focus will be to support learnersto reach their goals and complete their qualifications. As the first point ofcontact for your learners, you will provide the support they need to flourishthrough their learning journey with Realise.

    Whilst we can't promise that everyday will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

    Supporting a caseload of learners across your region, faceto face and remotely.

    Delivering a range ofaward-winning adult education qualifications.

    Coming up with appropriate solutionsfor your learners, to ensure that they have the best experience possible anddevelop their interest and career.

    Utilising an e-portfolio system toeffectively manage the learner journey.

    About You - A Level 3 qualification in TeachingAssistant, or equivalent is essential.

    Significant occupational competencyin a school setting

    An assessing qualification (e.g.,TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) would be advantageous

    A teaching qualification (e.g., AET,PTLLS) would be advantageous

    Experience in building and managingyour own caseload.

    Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills

    IT competent with working knowledgeof Microsoft Office

    Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely.

    You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position, which will compromise of: a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you to prepare and deliver a short microteach, shortly followed by competency and behavioural questions.
