    SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, BOOTSFOR THE PHARM (PART OF VMLY&R, WPP)

    ASAP start - September 2 days per week in our South Bank Office
    We are looking for ATL/TTL Project Managers - pure digitral experience will not be consideredWe are The Pharm:

    The 150+ experts assembled at The Pharm have a unique opportunity to dedicate ourselves to one client in pursuit of their ambitious mission, while collaborating with experts from across several agencies (and areas of expertise) within our holding company, WPP.ROLEAs SPM at The Pharm, you will be responsible for making things happen.

    You will be a vital member of the team who is involve from brief, right through to execution and a campaign going live.

    You are a detail orientated person who is experienced in managing integrated projects with medium-large scale productions and multiple layers of complexity.

    You are a calm and adaptable person who is able to independently prioritise, and thrives off challenges.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:


    ResponsibilityKey driver of end to end project cycle from brief, to strategy, to creative development and finally production and supply.

    Owner and author of project documentation including SoW, integrated timing plans, budgets.

    Drives delivery process including the coordination of our production partners in managing project plan including:

    BriefingsTimingsResourcingPPMsBudgetsReconciliationsRuns production status with client and acts as the first point of contact for all production queriesAsset management ownership – sourcing, organising and sharing assets as requiredCommunicationBe the go-to person on your projects for colleagues and client, who knows exactly where in the process we are and the next stepsAct as a central point for the integration of PR and Media into shared project planningEnsures that meetings are pre-scheduled mapping to timings with agendas, and key actions identified in a follow up.

    Can identify when issues need to be escalated ensuring that stakeholders are pre-warned in a timely manner to allow for problem solvingCreative PartnershipCollaborate with creative teams to shape and craft the creative idea into realityChampion creative and push the craft levels with each and every campaignPassionate and curious about production trends and talentRun post initiative wash up sessions looking for opportunities to optimise process and raise the bar on creativity
