    Creative Performance Marketing Strategist

    DTC Beauty Subscription Brand

    £55,000 + package

    London Hybrid

    We are currently working with an award-winning beauty DTC brand, dedicated to reshaping the industry through inclusivity, sustainability and innovation.

    You can find the brand in 7 countries across Europe and distributed in over 7,500 doors, with millions of subscribers served. As the brand continues to grow globally, they are searching for a talented a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to join their performance marketing team.

    As the Performance Marketing Creative Strategist you will conceptualize, brief, edit, launch and analyze ads on Meta, Tiktok, Youtube and other Social Media channels, orchestrating comprehensive digital campaigns from start to finish. You will work closely with the rest of the Performance Marketing team to ensure every ad that goes live from our channels raises the standard of social-first video ads, in addition to collaborating and communicating closely with the Brand department to ensure all ads align with the company's brand vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end management of digital campaigns, from conceptualizing campaigns to performance analysis of the final results.
    • Project management and cross-departmental communication of priorities.
    • Applying the brands identity to performance marketing creatives from the ideation to production through to localisation.
    • Creating moodboards, storyboards and look & feel presentations for video assets and presenting within and outside of the organization if necessary.
    • Working with existing static/video assets and turning them into content built for Paid Social performance.
    • A/B testing creative variations and sharing the results within the organization, creating documentation to expand the brands organizational memory.
    • Benchmarking key competitors and other inspiring brands.

    Ideal Experience:

    • Bachelor's in Marketing, Photography, Graphic Design or similar.
    • Experience in a well-known creative marketing agency focusing on Paid Socia, Social Media or Content.
    • Graphic and motion design experience.
    • Proven track record in concept generation.
    • Strong copywriting skills.
    • Keen interest in Social Media, and keeping up to date with trends & platform algorithms.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Experience in managing Paid Social campaigns, predominantly across Meta & Tiktok is a plus
