The service coordinator will be responsible for gathering and collating information from various sources andstakeholders to complete and regularly review the required paperwork for every service user.
This role will have an input into the development of service design and supporting strategies, for monitoring andreview while ensuring associated processes/procedures are in place.
It iscrucial that the service admin works in collaboration with defined colleagues in understanding the community andidentifying the types of activities that will suit.
The key role of the service coordinator is to consult on the preferences of young people accessing PIP services inorder to identify, plan, organise and facilitate individual services that will best support their outcomes.
This approach should be underpinned by a strong commitment to maximisingindependence, participation and community inclusion. TRAINING CENTREEnsuring the required information is gathered to enrol candidates on the required training.
Working with the team to provide accurateand up to date information for risk assessments.
Sending all staff required risk assessments foractivities, venues and individuals.
Reporting risks or issues to relevant colleagues, including anyissues in respect of service users, staff and volunteers.
