    Description

    Are you a creative and tenacious individual, with an interest in enforcement and housing law? We are looking for an Enforcement Officer to join the compliance team to lead on no-access cases for safety inspection and services.

    You will be required to prepare, serve and present legal proceedings as and when needed.
    You will be customer focused and be experienced in litigation. A CIH Level 4 qualification or an equivalent related tenancy law qualification would be desirable.

    This role is being offered on a full time , permanent basiswith either our Exeter or Tolvaddon as the nearest office, depending on where you are based.

    A hybrid working style is an option.
    To be considered for the role of Enforcement Officer - Compliance, you will be/have:
    Experience in social housing or legal related profession.
    Experience tackling no access and other breaches of contract at an operational level.
    Knowledge of how to enhance performance or working practices to deliver improved value for money.
    Knowledge of social housing policy, good practice.
    Knowledge of legal casework best practice and of knowledge of quality management. Takes a flexible and adaptable approach to hours of work in order to meet customer and operational needs.
    CIH / HNC in Housing or relevant equivalent expertise through experience and study.
    Evidence of continuing professional development.
    Full valid UK driving licence.
