    At Publicis Media UK, our Commercial team is the backbone of our operations.

    We work closely with client leads and brand teams across all our agencies to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and drive value for our clients.

    Coordinate weekly timesheet submissions across all agency brands, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    Assist with timesheet approvals and provide training for new team members.
    Allocate T&E and freelancer costs accurately and update job code lists as needed.
    Experience in a commercial setting/data entry type role, with a drive to further your career in finance
    Data entry and administration experience preferred.
    Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
    Prior finance experience is a plus but not required.
