    Description

    Are you a dynamic, creative individual with a passion for organising exceptional events and conferences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can bring innovative ideas to life and create memorable experiences for attendees?

    My client is dedicated to producing world-class conferences and events that bring together industry leaders, innovators, and thought leaders from around the globe. As a Conference Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in conceptualising, planning, and executing high-profile conferences that inspire, educate, and connect our diverse audience.

    What You'll Do:

    • Research industry trends, market dynamics, and hot topics to identify compelling conference themes and content ideas.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, and key stakeholders to develop conference agendas, speaker lineups, and session formats.
    • Source and recruit top-tier speakers, panelists, and moderators to ensure diverse perspectives and engaging discussions.
    • Manage all aspects of conference logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and on-site coordination.
    • Drive marketing and promotional efforts to attract attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors through targeted campaigns, social media outreach, and strategic partnerships.
    • Oversee post-conference activities, including attendee feedback analysis, speaker follow-ups, and content distribution to maximise post-event engagement.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience in conference production, event management, or related fields, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative conference formats, session topics, and attendee experiences.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event management software, and digital marketing tools is desirable.
    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
