    The Wave, Bristol, are on the lookout for a strategic Head of Executive Projects to join our team.

    As the Head of Executive Projects, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and coordination across all functions of the organisation, managing key projects, and providing strategic insights and analysis to assist in decision-making.

    Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO by participating in high-level meetings and helping to develop and implement the company's vision and strategy.

    Additionally, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, monitor progress against goals, and help drive operational efficiencies.

    As Head of Executive Projects, you will:Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and other senior leadersDrive and manage cross-functional projects and initiativesEvaluate and interpret data to extract insights and make data-driven recommendationsFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across teamsDrive process improvement and operational efficiency initiativesSupport the CEO in building and maintaining solid relationships with external stakeholders

    The Candidate:
    We are looking for a Head of Executive Projects who is:Highly organised and detail-orientedCapable of building solid relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levelsA background in a similar role, such as a Chief of Staff or in a strategic planning capacityExceptional at problem-solving and analytical thinkingAble to translate complex ideas into actionable plansSolid project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communicationA background in the technology or environmental sector (preferred)
