- Owning projects from start to finish.
- Developing and drive specific solutions in conjunction with sales and service.
- Working in conjunction with the digital and service teams to maximise customer engagement with customers on off the shelf solutions as well as helping to develop new solutions.

As our new Manager, Technical Support - Europe/CIS, you will take a critical role in our growing our business in the Europe and CIS region.
You will join our team of 7 dedicated employees, based in Portlethen (Aberdeen) and you will report to the Operations Director.
Your multidisciplined technical knowledge will be utilised to drive the delivery of our services and products. You will provide support to our sales, service and operations team, manage projects and pull together solutions for our customers. You will also work directly with our customers to support digital drilling focused services and electronics and instrumentations systems.
As a person you are well organised and have excellent time management skills to ensure that your deliverables are available accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
