- Develop and implement proactive quality assurance measures in collaboration with Engineering teams to meet client specifications and maintain high standards.
- Oversee compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, while managing audit regimes and external assessments.
- Analyze performance indicators to identify trends and implement improvement plans, updating the Integrated Management System accordingly.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor compliance and supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in crafting quality management plans and overseeing inspection/testing plans. Proficient in Engineering documentation and knowledgeable about Network Rail and RSSB standards.
- Experienced in root cause analysis techniques like 8D, Ishikawa, and 5Whys.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong data analysis skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Hold a full driving licence.
