    Description

    We are in need of a diligent Finance Assistant to join our Client's dynamic and expanding team. This role will involve working in an office setting and handling various financial aspects of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, great attention to detail, and at least 2-3 years of experience in finance.

    This full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, involves responsibilities like VAT accounting, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and collaboration with colleagues and customers for timely payments. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant will also assist in monthly accounts preparation and payroll tasks.

    The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate effective task prioritization and deadline management abilities. A background check is mandatory as per pre-employment policies.

    The salary is negotiable based on skills, and candidates must have their own transport due to limited public transport access to the Client's location.
