    Manager of Facilities | Hillingdon

    Are you an experienced facilities manager looking for your next career move?

    A facilities manager vacancy has opened at an outstanding high school in Hillingdon. The school prides itself on its culture of inclusivity and superiority in education.

    Salary: £35-£39k, Full-Time 52 weeks

    Start Date: June 2024

    Looking for a Facilities Manager who will use their initiatives and respond calmly in emergency situations.

    Facilities Manager job summary:
    • Collaborating with Head of Operations to ensure safety of the school, regarding compliance, security, etc.
    • Lead and manage a team of site manager, leading day to day operations, managing rotas and shifts for team.
    • Must be willing to undertake raining in facilities management, and further training including health and safety, ICT, First aid and school policies and procedures.
    • Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
    As Facilities Manager you will need to possess exceptional interpersonal skills, show strong resilience, and must follow robust processes and procedures. You will be a confident multi-tasker who is able to effectively prioritise heavy workloads.

    Facilities Manager requirements:
    • Experience of working in a school.
    • Experience of managing buildings or facilities.
    • Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
    • Well natured, resilient, and enthusiastic.
