    Description

    The Role:

    An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join a design-led, boutique developer in their newly established, in-house architecture team.

    With a portfolio of noteworthy projects under their belt, our client has a strong pipeline ahead of them and is looking for an Architect with a passion for design-led housing projects.

    You will have experience across all design stages and will be enthused by joining a forward-thinking, ambitious team where you will play an instrumental part in the next phase of their growth.

    This is an unparalleled and rare opportunity to be a fundamental piece of an emerging design studio that produce stunning, design-led projects

    Key Responsibilities:
    Work on design-led housing projects through stages 0 – 7Assist with concepts and schematic design for successful planning applicationsWork alongside the director to develop design solutionsCoordination with multi-disciplinary teamProduction of packages for planning, tender and construction

    Key Skills:
