    We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to spearhead the retention and growth of our existing client base.

    Leveraging a blend of sales data analysis, impeccable interpersonal skills, and proactive strategies, you will be instrumental in fostering lasting relationships and driving revenue expansion.

    You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for building strong client rapport.

    The Voiceover Gallery is a well-established company with 20 years' experience offering voiceovers for UK and foreign markets, as well as providing localisation services including translation, subtitling, voice over & video editing for a multitude of clients.

    The dynamic team have backgrounds in TV production, translation, radio and talent management.

    Be the primary point of contact and build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients as well as working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop those relationships.


    • Liaise with the Project Managers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs, objectives and budgets.
    • Track key account metrics and consistently make appropriate contact where indicated. Work with Head of Production to ensure systems are generating all relevant and necessary sales data to be able to monitor and analyse our current client base.
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services.
    • Contributing information to sales strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled and analysing client reactions
    • Keep up to date with the industry by requesting relevant training; suggesting networking opportunities; maintaining personal networks; Assisting with mapping processes for successful training of future new employees.
    The role itself requires a mixture of skills that lend themselves to both the media and sales industry:

    • Proven account management or other relevant experience.
    • Proactively sales-oriented, consistently exceeding targets through strategic planning and execution. Anticipates and addresses client needs to foster long-term loyalty.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
    • Excellent IT skills with experience at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.
    2 years in an Account Manager role or at a media/creative company

    • Bachelor's degree in Language, English, Media, Sales or related field
    • Salesforce experience
    Additional day holiday for each full year (capped at 4 years)
