    The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for developing and managing the e.l.f. demand forecasts for the e.l.f. international retail business segments. Defining and executing the demand planning strategy for international and retail channels
    # Manage and communicate existing or potential business risk to service and working capital
    # Accountable for maintaining metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (e.g., Process lead for establishing best practices with counterparts in sales, sales planning, and new product development

    2 to 5 years' experience within Demand Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.
    ~ Operations experience in a cosmetics or CPG manufacturing company of relevant size and complexity;
    ~$50 million revenue, high-SKU, national distribution, big box retail customer base, and rapidly changing product line / SKU mix.
    ~ inclusive of demand planning, supply planning, and product lifecycle management.
    ~ Experience building driver-based forecasts for a large SKU mix with complex product lifecycles, including incrementality, cannibalization, and volume recapture.
    ~ Bachelor's degree minimum, advance degree preferred
    ~ Strong working knowledge of planning process within CPG, fashion, or seasonal products.
    ~ System implementation experience a plus.
    ~ Excellent Excel Skills and knowledge
    ~ SQL experience a plus
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
