    Responsibilities:

    • Excellent employment opportunity for a ChangeManager Associate Director in the Waltham MA and at Seaport Bostonarea.
    • Waltham is a wellestablished R&Dsite delivering both Oncology & BioPharm discovery science.
    • Develops and executes change managementstrategy and plan and activities in line with Company Globalrequirements and standards
    • Develops deepunderstanding of stakeholder needs; counsels program site LT onstrategies to meet these needs through effective changeinterventions including communications training engagementactivities involvement in project activities
    • Ensures that strategies employed by the program areinclusive and meet the diverse needs of the employed / contractedstaff populations at the current and new sites
    • Collaborates to consider current & future externalcollaborators including suppliers and articulates and executessuitable change strategies
    • Establishes strongrelationships with internal communications networks; executescommunications activities through established Company &channels embracing new technologies and channels as theyemerge
    • Oversees engagement of agency support(e.g. design) and contract support for flexing communications andchange management delivery resource
    • Providesaccurate and timely forecast and plans for activities needed andresource required to support
    • May projectmanage and develop content & materials for signature changeevents (e.g. new site visit shared site socials building visionsharing move planning leaving celebrations mockup establishmentcommuter activities)
    • Liaises withcommunications & change teams supporting business changes thathappen in BAU during the programme timeline
    • Offers appropriate coaching and support to localcommunications resources and/or other program team members touphold the highest standards of program communication
    • Provides direct supervision to assigned program resourcesas program workload requires
    • Liaises withBusinessAsUsual communications network and communicationsspecialists on other relevant projects

    Experience:

    • Graduate Degree in change management orcommunicationsrelated field
    • Demonstrated trackrecord in change or communications management in a complexmultiworkstream / multiyear program
    • Confidenceworking with multiple stakeholders with competingdemands
    • Experience working with externalagencies for content development and delivery
    • Experience supporting senior leaders throughcommunications counsel
    • Keen to use innovativetechnologies to achieve your goals
    • Be acollaborative teammate have excellent organizational skills andstrong verbal and written communications skills.
    • Critical thinking skills and the ability to embracechange and seek creative solutions to challenges.
    • Introduce pioneering and groundbreaking ideas.
    • Ability to coordinate plan and prioritize tasks orprojects.
    • Uphold the highest ethical andscientific standards including handling confidential and sensitiveinformation under NDA or communications embargo

    Desirable Criteria

    • Experience working with R&D labbased teams
    • Established network within Oncology or BioPharm R&Dor Rare Disease Unit either the business or corporateaffairs/communications teams
    • Knowledge ofconstruction and/or facilities management projects
    • Experience or specialist knowledge in sustainabilitymatters
    • Work Site Location the first sixweeks: Boston MA 02210
    • Work Site Locationafter the first six weeks: Cambridge MA 02142
    • Minimum 3 days per week onsite.
