- Support high-level complex negotiations aligned to EMEA's long-term vision & strategy
- Implement a strategic service vision aligned to Women's SM leads to help Players reach their potential & strengthen NIKE's partnerships
- Support the overall EMEA Football Sports Marketing Brand Experience offence – align vision, strategy and plans across the Key City to help drive Football as a growth driver, improving our contractual rights to strengthen our connection with the consumer and fuel the business growth
- Align our Football Players against NIKE's purpose offence – sustainability, community, diversity and equality
- Facilitate our Football Player's connection to the product creation process to help drive innovation, performance and style both on and off the field of play
- Be the principal Nike point of contact for the England women's senior team. This will involve travelling with the England Lionesses and performing contractual rights throughout England Camps and International Tournaments
- Delivery of a clear strategy to seek and sign the best next-generation talent in the women's game
- Partner negotiation experience
- Experience in athlete management or within the football industry

Who we are looking for
We're looking for a Lead Professional Sports Marketing Representative to be responsible for the Women's Player portfolio in the United Kingdom.
What you will work on
Who you will work with
You become an integral part of the London Sports Marketing Players Team and ensure strong cross-functional working comms, brand, finance, SCI and SM finance. You will have daily interaction with our senior and next-generation contracted players and their representatives. Network with the wider football industry, including The FA, Women's Super League clubs, Club academies, coaches and agencies to understand the best talent in the UK and the market value of contracts. Work with the Brand team to deliver athlete brand plans according to our global athlete tiering strategy.
In this role, you will report directly to the Sports Marketing Director of Football Players for London.
