- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable revenue growth within the assigned territory, targeting veterinary channel clients and specialized pet stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet store owners/managers.
- Provide product education and support to veterinary staff and pet store employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about Farmina products and can effectively recommend them to customers.
- Actively market Farmina Product ranges and exclusive consultancy services targeted towards Veterinarians and Pet parents.
- Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet stores to promote Farmina products, identify sales opportunities, and provide support as needed.
- Grow the footprint of Farmina clinics & specialized pet stores in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to support the needs of veterinary channel clients and pet stores within the territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory and provide feedback to management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Farmina at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Previous experience in animal health sales or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets within a territory.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
