    Description
    Newcastle office, with hybrid working flexibility

    Salary:
    Up to circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience.

    We have great relationships with our vendors, and we're a Microsoft Gold Partner, AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, Qlik Elite Partner, Alteryx Premier Partner, Palo Alto Platinum Innovator, F5 Gold Partner, and more

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of escalated technical resolution within the 2nd Line and 3rd Line Support team.

    Experience in supporting Windows based workloads
    Experience in Microsoft 365, Mail, OneDrive. SharePoint and Teams
    Experience in supporting Cloud based solutions such as Azure and AWS
    Broad Networking skills
    Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
