- Act as the chief liaison between the CEO and the rest of the team
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Foster and oversee collaboration and communication across departments to ensure alignment on company goals and initiatives.
- Identify a working plan to achieve a 4.5-4 day working week across our business with the same level of productivity
- Definition and ongoing development of structure and resource strategy.
- Responsible for overseeing the hiring, success plans & performance management within the business
- Definition and management of the company's bonus, commission and remuneration policies that are motivating, rewarding and commercial.
- Oversee key strategic & confidential projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Underpin and lead visionary projects with the CEO & COO to include its philanthropic programmes and intent.
- Oversee the strategic roadmap delivery and shape and re-prioritise according to the needs of the business and in consultation with C suite and Directors.
- Oversee that all key KPI's and metrics within the business are reported and measured effectively.
- Instigate, compile and interpret reports on all aspects of the business to inform effect decision making and the strategic direction of the business as required.
- Shape the future fiscal efficiency and success of the business with generation and commitment to initiatives that improve our profitability and longevity.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep seated ability to work with team members to manifest the best in them.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or luxury industry is a plus.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

Due to ongoing rapid growth and a continued commitment to an ambitious, entrepreneurial and progressive global vision, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to support the CEO in driving the strategy and operational excellence of our luxury skincare and beauty tech company.
As a brand new role, this exciting high energy position will see us appointing a candidate that is a strategic thinker, adept at managing diverse projects and capable of fostering collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
Calm, considered and a fast thinker, our ideal candidate requires a proactive mindset with a high level of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a proven blend of business acumen, leadership skills and operational expertise, this role will be integral to ensuring the company's goals are met efficiently and effectively and its success is shaped and assured in line with the company vision.
This position is for a 2 year fixed term contract.
