    To further our success, we're seeking a talented Finance Director to join us.

    As Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations globally, supported by a dedicated team.

    Working closely with our Senior Leadership team, you will develop and execute financial strategies that help position Snowfall as a leader in the travel-tech industry.

    Your responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Strategic Financial Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the organisation's long-term goals.
    Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making at the executive and board levels.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
    Analyse financial data, identifying trends, and presenting key insights to stakeholders.
    Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic financial projections.
    Implement strategies to enhance cash management efficiency and reduce financial risks.
    Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
    Monitor adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices.
    Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
    Provide ongoing training, professional development, and succession planning.

    Financial Systems and Technology:
    Oversee financial systems, ensuring optimal functionality and recommending improvements.
    Stay informed about advancements in financial technology for potential implementation.

    Communicate financial performance and strategies to senior management, the board, and external stakeholders.
    Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.


    Mergers and Acquisitions:
    Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.
    Oversee financial integration processes post-acquisition.


    Audit Coordination:
    Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance.
    Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.


    Risk Management:
    Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
    Provide recommendations for insurance coverage and risk management protocols.
    CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
    Extensive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
    In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and strategic financial management.
    Ability to drive change and lead financial initiatives.
