    Associate/Delivery Consultant (Entry-Level)
    Associate/Delivery Consultant

    This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and building lasting client relationships


    Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top-tier talent within the Renewable Energy Sector.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions.

    Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide clients with valuable insights.

    Candidate Engagement:
    Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment process.

    Administrative Duties:
    Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including candidate documentation, database management, and reporting.
    Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience (preferred)
    Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
