    Multi-Skilled Operative - Responsive Repairs

    40 hours per week, permanent


    We currently have a great opportunity for TWO Multi-Skilled Operative - Responsive Repairs to join our in-house Construction Company, Property Plus on a permanent basis.


    As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Responsive Repairs Team, you will carry out high quality maintenance work to the Group's properties and for external customers as appropriate.

    You will carry out traditional duties of a multi-skilled trades person, including plumbing, carpentry, wet trades and building plus related finishes, patching and making good tasks as requested.

    Multi-skilled trade experience


    • Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
    • Experience in maintenance preferably within a social housing background
    • Full UK Driving Licence


    We'll supply the hand and power tools for your role as well as a company van, full uniform and a mobile phone / PDA unit.

    We also offer a comprehensive induction programme and excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available, we can offer 25 days holiday (increasing with each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days), bank holidays and three concessionary days over the Christmas period.
