    Finance Assistant/ Accounts Assistant/ Assistant Accountant Belfast £26,000 - £28,000 The Company HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be partnered with an established digital marketing firm based in Belfast, known for their creative campaigns with household name they are an impressive firm.

    Given recent investment they are keen to grow out their small finance team consisting of 4 staff.

    What Youll get Hybrid working with flexible hours Up to £28,000 a year Excellent wider benefits package Health & medical insurance Half day Friday What Youll do Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and any other relevant taxes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadline Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets under the supervision of senior accountants.

    Process invoices, expense claims, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accuracy. Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist in conducting financial analysis and preparing variance reports to help management understand financial performance. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. What Youll Need Advanced level experience in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage).

    3+ years experience in transactional finance Preferably an accounting qualification Learn More:
