    Are you happy to work nights? 10:30 pm to 6.30 am (4 days on and 4 off) \r

    Or do you have some experience but are now looking for a company that can offer you progression? \r

    We are looking for candidates at the beginning of their career.

    You may have just finished your A Levels and are looking for your first role or perhaps you have undertaken further studies at university and are now looking to go into work.

    You will have a strong technical understanding and desire to establish a career within the Technology Industry.

    You'll enjoy working as part of a team, be a great communicator and enjoy delivery and fast-paced change, but above all enthusiasm for technology and an appetite to take on our biggest challenges.

    Initially you would be working as part of their Application Support team supporting their global clients. \r

    Junior Applications Support Duties \r
    \r

    \r
    \tSupport customers within a high-volume contact centre (or similar) environment \r
    \tLead a service handling multiple access channels, including digital and telephone. \r
    \tRespond to enquiries and support requests from our customer support ticketing system and ensure that all internal and external SLAs are met \r
    \tWork with the escalation teams to facilitate timely support to customers. \r
    \tPromptly escalate inquiries or issues that cannot be resolved by the shift team. \r
    \tHelp customers resolve incidents and immediately complete requests where possible \r
    \tHelp identify customer issues and improve the overall client experience. \r
