    Your role

    As a Manager, on project, you'll work together with other consultants from of our highly skilled international group of 100+ risk advisory consultants, to deliver complex quantitative projects relating to traded risk management. These will cover the design, development, implementation, testing and validation of models across the trading book spectrum, including market risk, counterparty credit risk, XVA, margin models and derivatives pricing.

    Off project, you'll support our business development and knowledge management activities and act as a trusted advisor for our clients. You'll also support the internal development of the team, enabling them to grow and expand their technical and soft skills.     Key Responsibilities
    • Provide expert advice to clients on modelling risk in the trading book, and deliver highly quantitative projects developing bespoke analytics.
    • Play a key role as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
    • Foster a supportive environment by assisting and mentoring less experienced colleagues in your area of expertise.
    • Actively participate in knowledge sharing and professional development initiatives.
    Skills to be successful

    To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

    • Over 5 years of experience in traded risk analytics, including within a consultancy.
    • Extensive knowledge in traded risk topics such as market risk, counterparty credit risk, XVA, margin models and derivatives pricing.
    • Strong understanding of risk modelling, with experience either developing or validating quantitative risk models.
    • Hands-on knowledge of traded risk regulation such as FRTB.
    • Proficiency in programming tools such as Python, MATLAB, SAS, R, and strong Excel skills for model building
    • Innovative and analytical thinking to develop creative and effective solutions.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients.
    • Master's degree in a highly quantitative subject such as physics, mathematics, economics or quantitative finance.
