    Executive Assistant to Coo Hybrid - London, United Kingdom - Blackrock, Inc.

    Description
    BlackRock is recruiting for an adept, dynamic, and enthusiastic Administrative Professional to support the EMEA Chief Operating Officer.

    The ideal candidate is a London-based professional who has ample experience supporting senior individuals, in a constantly evolving global financial services firm.

    Complex diary management, for the EMEA COO and Chairmen of two BlackRock Boards.


    Travel Logistics:
    Strategically coordinating robust international and domestic travel. Mapping out and organizing airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car rental reservations, and other official documentation when needed.
    Understanding the team's priorities and strategies and optimizing the role of administration to support these goals.
    Aligning closely with the EMEA COO to ensure international travel is strategic and well-planned.

    Confidently and competently correspond with a range of internal stakeholders including Executive management offices and senior members of staff.


    Project Assistance:
    ~ Supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with extreme attention to detail. with a flexible and solutions-orientated approach to planning.
    Advanced in MS Word, and Outlook and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

    Experience and proficiency working with Microsoft OneNote, as well as Concur expense and travel tool tracking, online, travel etc.
