    Cultivate and maintain relationships with digital influencers, serving as the primary point of contact and providing guidance and support throughout the partnership lifecycle.

    Collaborate with influencers to understand their audience, content style, and brand affinity, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.

    Identify and evaluate brand partnership opportunities that align with influencers' audience demographics, content niches, and brand values.

    Develop customized partnership proposals and pitches that showcase influencers' unique value proposition and highlight opportunities for collaboration with brands.

    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in influencer marketing, and share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients

    Bring at least 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital media, preferably within an agency or talent representation environment.

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, brands, and internal teams.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
