    What this job involves

  • Assist with planning, preparation and rollout of insight campaigns, including supporting the team with collateral production: e.g. digital articles and reports, client webinars, videos, internal and external communications
  • Assisting with JLL Research's global social media programme: post creation and calendar management
  • Supporting campaign reporting and analytics
  • Leaning on and working closely with the global marketing team, including, creative, PR and digital to deliver research programmes
  • Maintenance of client mailing lists and support with campaign targeting

    • Desired skills and experience for this job:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Digital marketing/content marketing experience across multiple comms channels
  • Experience in 'storytelling with data' and data visualization tools (e.g. Flourish) desirable but not essential
  • Ability to liaise across teams based in different locations
  • Proactive, flexible approach and able to juggle multiple priorities

    • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Some experience of working in professional services marketing and /or research would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Photoshop and Sharepoint - desirable but not essential
  • Prior experience of working in a digital marketing role – advantageous but not essential

    • Qualifications:

  • Degree level educated or equivalent
