    Position:
    Senior Director - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Network Capacity Delivery (EMEA)

    With the ongoing expansion of our business, we are hiring a Senior Director to own Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Network Capacity Delivery in EMEA.

    The Senior Director of Infrastructure Delivery – Network and Data Center, will lead a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for network and data center capacity builds to support the growth of Oracle Cloud infrastructure.

    This is a high impact role that will lead a highly motivated team through the end-to-end lifecycle required to successfully deliver the next generation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

    Our team ensures the on time, on budget and on schedule delivery inclusive of facility tenant improvements, data hall construction, network augmentations and data center fit out through general availability.

    # Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are regional in nature, understanding dependencies and accounting for complexity relative to scope/schedule and budgets
    # Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
    # Travel:
    Up to 25% in support of datacenter builds
    Bachelor's degree in Technology, Project Management, Construction Management or proven technical equivalent experience
    ~6+ years of experience with outside vendor management, stakeholder relationship management, and delivering complex technology projects
    ~ Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds and network augmentations
    ~ network, data center, hardware, mechanical and electrical systems)
    ~ Excellent communication skills including high quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way
    ~ Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs
