    HR Admin, HR Administrator - Swansea, United Kingdom - Reed

    Description

    Reed HR are looking for a People Administrator to join our Swansea client to support the delivery of an excellent, customer-focused HR service.

    You will be working in a busy environment, providing administrative support across a range of people-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.

    Maintaining and updating HR systems.
    Assisting with the administration of the full employee engagement cycle.
    Organising recruitment logistics.
    Producing HR-related correspondence, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
    HR administrative experience is advantageous.
    Certificate in People Practice (CIPD level 3) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
    Agile working environment with the flexibility to work remotely.
    Support for professional development and training.
