    Company Overview:
    The Supply Register are a managed service working alongside 4 large multi academy trusts within Devon & Cornwall.

    We are currently seeking experienced and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and maintain continuity of education for our students.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
    Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance language acquisition.
    Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration.
    Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and development.
    Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum objectives, share best practices, and promote interdisciplinary connections.
    Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language teaching and pedagogy.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in [Language] or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Teaching certification/license in [Language] or relevant teaching experience.
    Proficiency in [Target Language] and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
    Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Passion for cultural exchange, international education, and fostering global competence in students.
