    Administrative Support - Finance Focus

    Core3 is excited to recruit an Administrative Support professional eager to gain exposure to finance operations within an established yet expanding team, serving a prominent British multi-channel retailer.     How You'll Make An Impact:

    As part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting with the debt collection from the client portfolio. You will :

    • Gather and organise information essential for establishing credit limits on customer accounts
    • Ensure accurate and prompt entry of all payments (e.g., cheques, BACS, FP, CHAPS) onto relevant customer accounts
    • Process bank transfers and cheque payments expediently to uphold timely delivery services for mail order accounts
    • Facilitate the Direct Debit process by promptly uploading bank information
    • Maintain up-to-date customer information on credit accounts, promptly implementing any necessary changes
    • Timely generation and distribution of customer invoices, credit notes, and statements
    • Assist credit controllers in debt collection efforts by providing copy documents and raising invoice disputes with customer services
    • Address queries pertaining to credit accounts, including payment allocation inquiries

    • Experience in high-level administration
    • Some familiarity with credit control preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls

    • Minimum Grade 4 (or equivalent) GCSE in Maths, along with a solid educational background
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
