    Culture & Engagement Specialist Location:

    UK Remote Reporting to: Global SVP Talent Acquisition and Talent ManagementWith 300 airports in around 50 countries and a global workforce of employees Swissport is the world's largest provider of ground handling, cargo, and other aviation related services.

    Job Summary This role is instrumental in transforming Swissport culture. It will move us towards a culture of people obsession both internally and externally. This transformation is critical in delivering on our goals and strategic ambitions.

    To promote a common language that is open and transparent and creates excitement bringing to life the Swissport story, which offers so much opportunity in career progression and longevity.

    Works closely with Executive Leadership teams, and employees to create and sustain a workplace culture that aligns with organisational values and goals, fosters engagement, and supports the well-being of employees.


    • Act as a culture consultant to projects/programs/process designers to maximise the impact of change across the organisation.
    • Innovate and experiment with best-in-class ways to drive the cultural shift we desire, encompassing all elements of the people agenda.
    • Brings leadership and employee communication expertise to projects focused on accelerating change.
    • Speaks in a common language that promotes and live our values bringing to life who we are
    • Recognise and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.
    • Support the development of our careers channels to drive the Employee Value Proposition
    • Support development of engagement strategy, proactively managing employee survey process and communications. Work closely with specialists in learning, to bringing culture alive through leaning and build aligned programs that drive culture & Employee Value Proposition shifts.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field. Experience of delivering change/transformation in a large complex organisation. Experience in designing and leading culture/leadership interventions. Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate engagement programs and initiatives. Data analysis, insight translating into compelling stories to drive decision-making. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
