    Our client has established itself as a leading global health and wellness company offering a range of Pharmaceutical, OTC, and medical device products worldwide. Specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, skin care, and health care products, they operate in 12 key markets with distribution agreements spanning over 130 countries globally.

    Fueled by scientific research, cutting-edge technology, and a keen understanding of consumer needs, the international teams are committed to delivering innovative, high-quality products. In order to maintain this momentum, our client is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their Middle East operations team. This role will directly report to the Head of Regulatory Affairs.

    Position:

    The Regulatory Affairs Manager will play a key role in developing and executing regulatory strategies for the Middle East and Export markets. Responsibilities include overseeing registrations and certifications for a wide range of products such as medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and consumer goods to support the company's growth and presence in these regions.

    Duties:

    • Provide regulatory guidance and strategy for new product initiatives across various categories
    • Collaborate with internal and international teams as well as local distributors to ensure effective regulatory operations
    • Lead, mentor, and train team members under your supervision

    Deliverables:

    • Develop clear regulatory strategies and plans for internal and external stakeholders
    • Offer regulatory support for all activities within the designated region
    • Assist in the enhancement of core regulatory documentation systems
    • Maintain an electronic audit trail for all regulatory activities in the region
    • Provide regular progress reports to management on achievements, challenges, and future plans
    • Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
    • Submit monthly reports by the specified deadline

    Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Arabic
    • Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS packages
    • Ability to develop and implement regulatory strategies
    • Analyze and interpret scientific data effectively
    • Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks for different consumer products
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the EEA and UK
    • Knowledge of interactions between RA and other functions in a consumer company
    • Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and document management systems
    • Expertise in Regulatory Affairs and associated responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    • Educational background in a relevant field or proven experience in a similar role
    • Fluency in Arabic
