- Provide regulatory guidance and strategy for new product initiatives across various categories
- Collaborate with internal and international teams as well as local distributors to ensure effective regulatory operations
- Lead, mentor, and train team members under your supervision
- Develop clear regulatory strategies and plans for internal and external stakeholders
- Offer regulatory support for all activities within the designated region
- Assist in the enhancement of core regulatory documentation systems
- Maintain an electronic audit trail for all regulatory activities in the region
- Provide regular progress reports to management on achievements, challenges, and future plans
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Submit monthly reports by the specified deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Arabic
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly MS packages
- Ability to develop and implement regulatory strategies
- Analyze and interpret scientific data effectively
- Thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks for different consumer products
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the EEA and UK
- Knowledge of interactions between RA and other functions in a consumer company
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and document management systems
- Expertise in Regulatory Affairs and associated responsibilities
- Educational background in a relevant field or proven experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Arabic

In order to maintain this momentum, our client is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their Middle East operations team. This role will directly report to the Head of Regulatory Affairs.
Position:
The Regulatory Affairs Manager will play a key role in developing and executing regulatory strategies for the Middle East and Export markets. Responsibilities include overseeing registrations and certifications for a wide range of products such as medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and consumer goods to support the company's growth and presence in these regions.
