- Liaise with customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules,and meeting notes.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation at project completion.
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Manage risks and issues proactively to ensure project success.
- Identify and engage project stakeholders and create communication plans.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Define and enforce project quality standards and best practices (ISO27001 & CE+).
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations.
- Assisting the Head of IT with forecasting and continual improvement roadmap.
- Proven track record as an IT Manager with a history of successful project delivery.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
