The Company Recruiting for Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals :

The Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals :

As Area Sales Manager, your remit will be to sell a comprehensive range of high-quality sealants and adhesives to an established customer base of specialist applicators across a territory covering the Midlands and Wales.

For the position of Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Must have 2 years field sales experience selling into the construction industry, ideally contractors at site level
Great relationship and account management skills
Driving licence & experience of using a CRM system
Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals:
~£43,000 - £48,000 base salary DoE, plus 22% bonus, uncapped
~ Company car, hybrid and fully electric models available or allowance
~ Superb pension - up to 10% company contribution
~ BUPA private health insurance, life assurance
~25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
