    Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership have an opportunity to recruit a permanent Unit Manager for Ardfenaig Residential Care Home in Ardrishaig.

    This is an exciting development opportunity for an existing member of staff to demonstrate their abilities to step into the temporary vacant post and begin to develop and build on their leadership skills and attributes.

    Applicants should be caring and compassionate and demonstrate leadership and management abilities to lead the care team within the home in an innovative and supportive manner.
