    Description

    Morplan is the number one supplier to the UK's retail and fashion industries.

    We require an individual with bags of enthusiasm and energy to deliver first class shop refits through a high level of customer service.

    You'll create innovative designs that will help them achieve their aspirations, guaranteeing the sale by attending to every detail and placing customer satisfaction as your priority. When you're not working off-site, you will be helping out in store.

    Key responsibilities:

    • To be responsible for the growth of our customers' store planning requirements
    • Be able to visit customer's stores and measure, in order that our various store furniture offerings match their bespoke furniture requirements
    • To support the effective day-to-day operation of the retail store ensuring that Morplan's customers experience is both prompt and professional
    • Maximise sales opportunities

    Good numeracy and literacy skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential as is demonstrable experience of delivering consistently high levels of professionalism over the telephone and in person.

    Hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, Monday-Friday. The working pattern will be a 3/2 split with 2 days off site visiting customers to plan their store outfit requirements, and 3 days in store.

    From October-November inclusive, you will be required to work 11.00 am-7.00 pm every other Tuesday if you are working in store.
