    ROLE SUMMARY:

    The Northern Europe region has a central finance function which covers multiple countries. As the team expands, we are looking to recruit an ambitious Head of FP&A who are looking to work in an ambitious company whilst progressing their career. The role will require some travel, both locally in the UK and internationally.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building annual budgets and forecasts for different business units and consolidating into one master budget
  • Analysing past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, and examining market trends along with commentary for management
  • Creating financial models to predict growth and forecast performance
  • Monthly management accounts reporting
  • Analysing previous budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies
  • Evaluating new and existing projects, investments, and assets to determine their validity and appraise their value
  • Managing a team of 4/5
  • Key relationship building with commercial side of business (work with regional CEO's/MDs)
  • Support Finance Director with ad hoc tasks when required

    • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Ambitious individual who wants career progression in a fast-growing global group
  • Record of strong academic achievement
  • Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA / CIMA)
  • At least 10 years working experience
  • Effective Excel skills
  • A self-starter with the drive, determination and commitment to get things done
  • 'Can do' attitude with a problem-solving approach to new challenges
  • Ability to handle large data sets, work under pressure and to deadlines with the capacity to multi-task over several on-going projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment
  • Well organised, process driven and high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High aptitude on systems
  • Understanding of ability to work in a PE environment in a results driven organisation
