Description
The ideal candidate for this Account Manager opportunity will come from a biopharmaceutical CDMO background.Candidates can expect to be busy doing a combination of the following:
Create value propositions based on customer strategies, technical process, and market insights
Develop strong strategic relationships within customers' organisation including R&D, Manufacturing and Procurement
Develop and implement commercial strategy and sales plans across key market segments including but not limited to Biologics/Biosimilars, Vaccines and Diagnostics
Defend current business, delivering exceptional customer service, while creating a total opportunity pipeline of quality growth projects with current and target customers
We are looking to speak with individuals who are passionate about spending maximum quality time developing and nurturing multi-level contacts with customers.
Candidates will have experience developing and selling solutions to customers in pharma or biotech, with demonstrable commercial acumen, a drive for results and excellent negotiation skills.
The Account Manager will be a strategic thinker, able to understand competitive insights and translate that into an effective strategy and action plan.
