    This is an excellent opportunity to join us at a skilled level in a division that drives the business forwards through providing a best in class engineering service to our customers.

    Full-time, 37.5 hours per week on Monday-Friday at 8:00-17:00.

    As a pivotal member of the STERIS team, the Customer Service Manager holds a key role reporting directly to the General Manager.

    In addition to your hands-on involvement with customer needs, you'll be the point person for responding promptly to service reports, addressing issues swiftly and effectively.

    Embracing a customer-centric approach, you'll also embark on local travel to engage directly with our customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.

    Furthermore, you'll oversee the allocation and management of labour hours within our company database, optimising resources and ensuring efficient workflow.

    With your dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in upholding STERIS's reputation for exceptional service delivery.

    ~ If you have previous customer service management experience or similar, we would love to hear from you Possess at least 5 years of customer service experience
    Excel in customer-facing interactions
    Thrive in a deadline-driven environment with excellent time management
    Driving licence preferable but not required
