    Membership Marketing Manager

    Hybrid, once per week from Central London

    Permanent, £40K-£45K

    We are seeking a Marketing & Member Engagement Manager to join a not-for-profit membership association in a newly created position. The role will lead on the marketing and membership engagement strategies for the organisation, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Membership.

    The successful candidate will oversee marketing and engagement campaigns across digital channels and traditional advertising, developing and curating engaging content across social media platforms, including blog posts and articles. This role offers a great opportunity to develop a marketing plan from scratch, leading on a rebranding initiative, a new website, a new CRM platform and making strategic changes to the events calendar.

    You will also focus on the membership engagement model, working closely with the BD Manager in enhancing the member offering. This means working on new initiatives focusing on growth and partnerships with organisations that have yet to be approached for membership. Your role will also include all aspects of the member renewal process as well as onboarding new members.

    This is a hugely exciting time to join an organisation with untapped growth potential. The role will suit someone who is able to manage their own time efficiently, comes with new ideas, is willing to challenge and change, using initiative to develop strategies from scratch. The role is fully remote but the team will meet roughly once a month in person so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely with light-touch management. There will also be occasional events to attend in person in different regions (all expenses covered).
