    Description

    We're looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our vans business team in Stockton!

    As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you'll assist in the day-to-day operations of the Purchase Ledger department.

    Check out what you'll be up to regularly:

    • · Enter purchase ledger invoices, credit notes, and more into the computer system
    • · Handle invoice processing - scanning invoices, delivery notes, and other docs for our financial system, and keep everything neatly filed
    • · Manage payment runs and approve payments on authorized invoices
    • · Set up and update accounts on the Purchase ledger
    • · Take care of general admin tasks like filing and emails
    • · Pitch in with any other needed tasks from the Purchase Ledger and Accounts Teams

    To excel in this role, you should:

    • · Be a strong communicator with experience in building positive relationships
    • · Be adaptable, flexible, and super organized
    • · Have solid IT skills, especially in Microsoft packages
    • · Bring previous experience in a purchase ledger role to the table
